Let the rates push themselves — inside the fence you build
Approved prices go to your PMS automatically, bounded by a floor and ceiling you set, with a hold on near-arrival dates.
Autopilot is off by default and every new property starts in recommendation mode. Nothing reaches your PMS until you deliberately turn pushing on. This is not a dark pattern we are proud of resisting; it is the only sane default for a system that can change four hundred rates while you sleep.
When it is on, it stays inside your guardrails. You set a floor and a ceiling, and a price that would exceed either is clamped to the band and flagged in the calendar so you can see the engine wanted to go further. You can also hold a window of near-arrival dates back from automation entirely, because the last few days before check-in are where a human still beats a rule.
A locked price beats everything. Lock a date and no rule, no recommendation and no autopilot run will move it. Across two years of production on our own property, our operator overrode 7 recommendations out of more than 600 — the lock exists for those seven.

Properties that have run recommendation mode long enough to trust the numbers and want the daily click back.
What it needs
A PMS or channel manager connection to push to. Mews and ElektraWeb are native; any other channel manager can receive a signed webhook push.
What you see tomorrow morning
- Yesterday’s approved rates already live on your PMS
- A rate-change log recording every price that moved, when, and whether it was pushed automatically or accepted by hand
- Dates where the guardrail clamped the engine, marked in the calendar
- The mode badge on every screen, so nobody has to guess whether the system is currently pushing
What it doesn't do
Autopilot pushes your BAR. Restriction push is live for stop-sell on ElektraWeb; minimum and maximum stay, closed-to-arrival and closed-to-departure are rejected honestly rather than silently dropped where the PMS has no field for them.
