ProductCompetitor Rate Tracking
Know what your comp set is charging, every morning
Daily rates for the hotels you actually compete with — the band, the outliers, and who has already sold out.
You pick the properties that matter. We check their published rates every day across your forward dates and store what we find, so you are looking at a moving picture rather than the one afternoon somebody had time to open six booking tabs.
For each night we show the min, median and max of the set, and where a competitor has stopped selling entirely. A sold-out neighbour is the strongest demand signal in the dataset and it is invisible on a spreadsheet of prices — a hotel that is full does not have a rate to copy down.
Your own listing is excluded from the median. That sounds obvious; it is a real bug we found and fixed, because rate-shopping feeds happily hand you your own OTA page and quietly drag your "market" towards whatever you are already charging.
Who it's for
Any property that currently does its comp shopping by hand, and every GM who wants the market picture before committing to a pricing system.
What it needs
Nothing. No PMS connection, no channel manager, no installation — this runs entirely on public rate data.
What you see tomorrow morning
- A forward calendar of your comp set: min, median and max rate per night
- Per-competitor cards showing their forward median and how many nights they are sold out
- Sold-out-majority nights flagged, so compression is visible before you price it
- The timestamp of the scrape behind every number — you always know how fresh it is
What it doesn't do
We read publicly published rates. Negotiated corporate rates, closed user groups and rates behind a login are not visible to us, and no rate-shopping tool can see them either.
See it on a real property — yours, or ours.
Start with the interactive demo — three guided pricing scenarios, no signup. Then we'll walk you through the live production dashboard — recommendations, rationale, group quotes — and answer the awkward questions about your own property.
