We check your own listing across OTA channels and tell you where somebody is selling your rooms below the price you set.
Parity erosion is quiet. A channel drops two percent, then five, and the first sign is usually a guest at reception with a screenshot. We scan your own listing per channel, compare each one against your direct rate, and record every breach with its date and size.
The headline is a single parity score, weighted by how badly and how often each channel breaches rather than a flat count — one channel at fifteen percent under is a different problem from five channels at one percent, and a plain average hides that.
The eight-week trend is built from the scan log, not from the alert table. If a week was never scanned it renders as a gap in the chart. It would be trivial to draw a clean 100% for that week — absence of recorded violations looks exactly like perfect parity — and it would be a lie the moment somebody made a decision on it.
