ProductDynamic Pricing Engine
A recommended rate for every date, with the reasoning attached
A deterministic fifteen-step engine that turns occupancy, booking pace, competitor rates and your event calendar into a price you can defend.
The engine is not a language model guessing at a number. It is fifteen explicit steps, each one auditable, running over your live occupancy, your rooms on the books versus the same lead time last year, your comp set band, your seasonality, and the events that actually move demand in your market. The same inputs always produce the same price.
Every recommendation carries its factor breakdown — which signals pushed the rate up, which pulled it down, and by how much. Grouped into base and calendar, demand signals, competitor positioning and your own guardrails, so you can see at a glance whether a price is high because the town is full or because one competitor did something strange.
It has been pricing our own boutique hotel in production since 2024, and since June 2026 it has been that property’s canonical pricing system. Before we cut over we ran it in shadow against the expert pricing it was replacing for a full day of forward dates: it landed within €2 on 93% of them.
Who it's for
The independent property where the person setting rates has three other jobs, and consistency across four hundred forward dates is not humanly achievable by hand.
What it needs
A PMS connection. The engine needs live occupancy, booking pace and historical performance — without those feeds it has no view of demand, and a price built on defaults is worse than no price at all.
What you see tomorrow morning
- A month calendar with a recommended rate on every forward date
- The factor breakdown behind any date you click, in plain English
- A heatmap across a full year, switchable between demand, price and position against the market
- Your floor and ceiling respected on every date — the engine never recommends outside the band you set
What it doesn't do
We do not publish a revenue-uplift percentage, and we will not invent one on a sales call. Historical competitor and pace feeds were never archived, so any backtested uplift figure would be fiction. What we show instead is the shadow-parity evidence and our own property’s year-on-year ADR.
See it on a real property — yours, or ours.
Start with the interactive demo — three guided pricing scenarios, no signup. Then we'll walk you through the live production dashboard — recommendations, rationale, group quotes — and answer the awkward questions about your own property.
